Recipe- Muesli Ice Cream
“Fruit Muesli/ Cereal ice cream is a perfect healthy choice to satisfy your craving. Have it after dinner of just blend a scoop with your morning smoothie. This is soft and creamy, easy to make, no cooking and even no ice cream maker is needed so just have it in your fridge and enjoy whenever you want. “

  1. Take muesli in a wide bowl, add sugar and milk, mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. You will see muesli has absorbed all milk, now fold it in whip cream. Add some chocolate chunks (Optional) and fold again. (Its optional, you may just omit if you do not want chocolate)
  3. Transfer the ice cream mix in to a aluminium tin or glass dish, cover with cling wrap and deep fridge for 8 hours.
  4. Scoop and serve this healthy delight after dinner or just blend 1 scoop with your smoothie in breakfast.
  5. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  • Adjust sugar as per your taste.
  • You may also replace sugar with brown sugar, honey, maple syrup or jaggery.
  • Here i used Dorset Fruit Muesli you may use any kind of muesli or cereals.
  • You may also use almond/soya/coconut milk instead of dairy milk.
  • Addition of chocolate chunks is optional.
  • Adjust the quantity of milk as per the quality/type of muesli/cereals used.
  • For easy scooping, remove ice cream from deep fridge 5 minutes before serving.
