Recipe- Minty Mango Yogurt
“Sweeten your tooth with this super cool mint flavored mango yogurt.”
Fresh Mint Leaves
(Or 0.25 cup fresh mango pulp)
Take curd, sugar, mint leaves and mango slices in a blender.
Blend to smooth.
Transfer in each small serving cups, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before serving.
Garnish with few fresh mint leaves and serve chill. Enjoy!
Curd should be of thick consistency, you may also hang for 10-15 minutes, if your curd is not thick.
Otherwise it creamy texture will not come.
You may garnish this dessert with honey, nuts or fruit also.
Adjust sugar as per taste and sweetness of mango.
