Recipe- Chocolate layered Milk cake in Microwave

For Milk Fudge Layer

  1. Take biscuits in a mixer and grind to powder.
  2. Add baking powder and mix well.
  3. Now add sufficient milk to make a medium thick paste. Pour in to greased microwave safe bowl. And microwave for 3 minutes.
  4. Check with a stick if done take it out from the mould and let it cool down to handle.
  5. When cooled enough crumble this cake and mix with choco powder. If needed add 1-2 tsp condensed milk and make a soft dough. Keep aside.
  6. Now for the fudge layer take 1 cup paneer and 1 cup condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Mix well for no lumps. (The mixture can be granulated but no worries).
  7. Microwave for 1 minute on high.
  8. Take it out and mix well again. Microwave for 1 more minute on high.
  9. Take it out and mix well again. The mixture should be thick and looks like more granulated by this time. Otherwise microwave for 1 more minute on high.
  10. Spread the mix in a greased deep bowl evenly (preferably silicon and round shaped). Now spread the chocolate dough over it. Press firmly. And let it cool down completely.
  11. When it is cooled down completely, carefully remove from the bowl in a plate. And garnish with cardamom powder, sliced almond and pistachio.
  12. Slice in desire shape. Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
  • For the chocolate layer, you may use any other non salty biscuits (But prefer not too sweet).
  • Just add sufficient milk to make pouring consistency batter.
  • While making fudge do not microwave for more than 1 minute in one time.
  • Check after each minute of microwave and mix well.
  • Choose¬†a bit big bowl so that the mix does not comes out while cooking in microwave.
  • Do not overcook otherwise it may result hard and chewy.
