Recipe- Chocolate Falooda
“A delicious summer special dessert for all chocolate lovers with an additional health benefits of Chia Seeds (Or Basil Seeds/ Sabja).”

  1. In a bowl take milk, chia seeds, choco powder and sugar, Mix very well using a whisk.
  2. Now take pudding glasses/cups/bowl. Divide the mix in to them.
  3. Cover with cling film (or aluminum foil) and refrigerate overnight or 8-9 hours.
  4. When you want to serve, remove cling film (or aluminum foil), top each cup with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnish with chocolate shaving.
  5. Serve and enjoy the yummy dessert after dinner.
Recipe Notes
  • Replace dairy milk with non dairy milk like almond/ coconut/ soy and enjoy the vegan dessert.
  • To make chocolate shaving at home, freeze chocolate for 30 minutes and then grate it for the shavings.
  • Here I use dark chocolate powder, if you are not using dark chocolate adjust sugar as per desire.
  • Mix all ingredients well using a whisk.
  • You may also garnish with any chopped fresh fruit/ dried fruit/dried nut etc.
