Take a chocolate sponge cake and slice it in to 3-4 equal thick layers, depending in the height of cake.
Now on a cake board or plate place small whipped cream and spread to a thin layer.
Now place 1st layer of your cake. Then pour some chocolate sauce over it. And then spread some fruit jam evenly.
Now arrange a layer of freshly sliced strawberries. And cover with a thick layer of whipped cream.
Then place another slice of cake. and repeat the whole process until last slice of cake.
Now cover the whole cake with whipped cream and refrigerate to chill for around 30 minutes.
Meanwhile grate the chilled chocolate bar with a peeler.
When the cake is chill, cover the sides of cake with grated chocolate evenly and nicely. Refrigerate again for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile fill whipped cream in a piping bag with a star nozzle.
Take the cake out of the fridge and pipe a outer ring of flowers using a star nozzle. (If you do not have nozzle you may either slightly make 4-5 cuts on the tip of your piping bag or just simply decorate the top with cherry or strawberries)
Now place slice or whole cherry in the middle of each flower.
You can not top some grated chocolate or chocolate sprinkles or just pipe the name according to occasion to fill the middle part of your cake. Enjoy!
