Recipe- Berry Delight (Sugar Free)

  1. Wash and wipe fresh strawberries and keep aside. (Do not discard the green leaves of strawberries)
  2. Slit each strawberry in cross, leave it joined from bottom (do not separate the bottom) Keep aside.
  3. Take hung curd (or greek yogurt) in a bowl, add honey, cinnamon powder and pepper powder. mix well.
  4. Fill this yogurt in a plastic bag cone and squeeze generous amount inside the strawberries.
  5. Prepare all strawberry same way. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Garnish with blueberries or chocolate chunks. Serve chill.
  7. Enjoy!
  8. Or you may also decorate the cake with this Berry delight.
Recipe Notes
  • Be careful, while slitting strawberry, as you no need to separate from bottom.
  • Garnish in your own way, like cherry, dried nuts, chocolate syrup, melted chocolate etc.
  • You may also use this to decorate cake.
  • If you do not want to use honey, you may also use powdered sugar, jaggery powder or syrup, date syrup etc.
