Cut banana in small pieces, sprinkle sugar and deep freeze in an air tight container for one hour.
In a food processor take frozen banana pieces and churn them to smooth. (Have patience at this point, as in start it will looks like crunchy, but as churn more, it will give a very smooth creamy texture)
As you can see in the picture the banana blend is very smooth, thick and creamy. And ready to eat now as an ice cream.
You may also add 1 tbsp. choco powder at this point to give extra flavor and color to your banana ice cream.
you may freeze it for 30 minutes in an air tight container or have it like that.
Top with some some chocolate syrup and serve.
For more health benefits you may completely omit sugar, just blend frozen ripe banana.
Make sure the bananas you are using must be perfect ripe otherwise it will not taste well.
Here i added chocolate powder for extra flavor and color, you may just skip it.
Have patience and blend frozen banana to smooth.
You may keep ready frozen banana, just blend it to smooth before serving.
